2026 AGM Annual General Meeting

We are pleased to confirm that our AGM is on 22 July at the Plant Library, Serge Hill Lane, Bedmond, by kind invitation of our patron Tom Stuart-Smith and his wife, Sue. We hope as many of our members as possible will be able to join us and bring a guest for the occasion.

The Plant Library will open at 5pm with the meeting starting at 6pm, followed by a short address from Tom Stuart-Smith.  After the meeting the garden will remain open until 8 pm and for those who choose to opt in, there will be a light supper comprising a vegetarian main course and a dessert, which will cost £25.

We will be sending out the full AGM notification with reports at the end of the month, with the usual 21 day notice, but we will need to have the final numbers for the catering by 6 July. To help us with the planning, please let our Hon. Secretary Alison know if you would like to join us for the supper as soon as you can, with any dietary requirements by email to: info@hertsgardenstrust.org.uk
