Event Refund Policy

Cancellations

If the Hertfordshire Gardens Trust cancels an event all attendees will be notified and a full refund will be given.

In most other situations, where you decide not to attend, we will not be able to offer a refund for the ticket. Refunds will only be made at the discretion of the Event Organiser. The Hertfordshire Gardens Trust will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Any money paid for non-refunded tickets and retained by the Charity will be treated as a donation to the Charity.

If you wish to transfer your ticket or tickets to someone else, please let us know and tell us the relevant name/s and full contact details of those attending, via the email address below.
