Visit to Cambridge Botanic Gardens on Thursday 24 September with expert guide Kate Hooper

Join us for a visit to Cambridge Botanic Gardens to see some of their collection of over 8,000 plant species from all over the world, used for teaching and research.  Since its foundation, the Garden has also provided a series of wonderful landscapes to demonstrate the drama of plant diversity and our expert guide, Kate Hooper, will show us the late summer highlights and tell us about the history of the garden.  We then have the option of staying in the gardens and having lunch at the café, or taking a short walk into the town, to explore further.

Start and Finish Time: 10.30 am to 12 noon

Cost:  £16.00 for garden entrance and 90 minute tour. Numbers will be limited so please register by emailing: events@hertsgardenstrust.org.uk
