Event Refund Policy

Before you purchase a ticket for an event, talk or visit from the Hertfordshire Gardens Trust, please read our refund policy below.

 

Unfortunately, most event tickets are now non-refundable. This means that if you purchase a ticket for any of our events it is very likely that you will not be able to get a refund if you decide not to attend. Any money paid for non-refunded tickets and retained by the Charity will be treated as a donation to the Charity.

 

As a small charity it is difficult for us to resell tickets once they have been purchased and usually we have overhead costs and expenses that need to be covered regardless. In some circumstances, for example, a medical emergency, or if the event is cancelled or postponed, you may be able to get a refund or exchange your ticket for a new date. 

In those circumstances we ask you to put your request in writing and send it to either zoomevents@hertsgardenstrust.org.uk or by post to The Hertfordshire Gardens Trust  at Ridgeways, Holly Grove Road, Bramfield, Hertfordshire, SG14 2QH. The Hertfordshire Gardens Trust will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

 

If you wish to transfer your ticket or tickets to someone else, please let us know and tell us the relevant name/s and full contact details of those attending via the above email address.
